Mechanical Validation & Dimensional Accuracy
Comprehensive Material Validation
We do not guess; we base our quality on hard data. We have
validated our internal production by collecting comprehensive measurement data on critical mechanical properties, such as ultimate tensile strength and elongation at break.
Batch-Specific Quality Assurance
For demanding applications, we offer print-batch specific quality assurance. We can print standard tensile bars in the same build alongside your parts, which are then analysed and verified in an independent, accredited laboratory.
Inspection & Measurements
We continuously track the dimensional accuracy of our machine park and offer customer-specific measurement reports to ensure that your parts meet the required tolerances.
